Prio AI provides AI-powered lead calling and qualification services for real estate professionals. Our services include automated outbound calling, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and related analytics.
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:
You represent that you have obtained proper consent to contact all leads you upload to our platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable consent and privacy requirements.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
Our AI calling assistant is programmed to identify itself as AI when directly asked. You acknowledge and agree that leads will be informed they are speaking with an AI assistant upon request.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Prio AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your lead data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prio AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your data will be deleted within 30 days unless otherwise required by law.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
